Payments, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance Payment: To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking online. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details once your payment is processed.

Checking Your Location: Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your location is within our service area. If you book and your location is outside our perimeter, you will be issued a full refund.

Additional Services: If your practitioner determines that an examination of your second ear is necessary during your appointment, the payment must be made on the spot via bank transfer before the service can be rendered.

Partial Refunds:

If no wax is found in either ear, you will be charged only £30, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If you paid for both ears but only one required treatment, you would receive a £25 refund.

Refund Processing: Please allow up to 5 working days for any partial or full refunds to be processed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice: We understand that unexpected events can occur. However, due to high demand, we require at least 24 hours' notice via email to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.

Within 24 Hours:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

You will be unable to reschedule your appointment, and the fee paid is non-refundable. If you wish to book a new appointment, you must make a new full payment.

No-Shows: If our practitioner arrives at your location at the arranged time and there is no answer, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Same-Day Appointments: All same-day appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Follow-Up Appointment Policy

In some cases, earwax may be too old, dry, or hard to be safely removed in a single visit. If this happens, our practitioner will advise you on using EAROL Olive Oil spray to further soften the wax.

If a revisit is necessary, we offer a discounted rate of £35 to book your follow-up appointment. This fee is paid at the time of booking your appointment. If both ears require treatment during this revisit, an additional £15 is payable on the day.

In the rare event that a third appointment is still needed, it will be provided completely free of charge.
